We know you're eager to get crafting and we're just as excited to send your Cocotones goodies your way!

How long does delivery take?

With our trusted courier service, your order should arrive within 5 working days from the time it's placed.

✨ Top tip: To get things moving as quickly as possible, make sure your order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking your order

All Cocotones orders are sent using a tracked delivery service, so you can follow your parcel's journey right to your door and know exactly when to expect it.

Working days only

Please note that delivery times are based on working days only and do not include weekends or UK bank holidays. Crafting is a patient art but we promise it's worth the wait!

International orders & partnerships

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping for individual orders. However, we're always open to creative partnerships, wholesale opportunities, and collaborations outside the UK. If you're interested in working with Cocotones internationally, we'd love to hear from you.
